PRIVATE UNIT

BMAC offers various storage options and rooms ranging from 30.49 – 65.34 sq. feet to match the client needs.

BMAC provides clients with the convenience of individual units that become your private warehouse within the confines of BMAC. Room sizes range from 30.49 – 65.34 sq. feet.

Private Unit caters to clients wishing to store their property in a private room and have it managed by BMAC.

  • Accessible by the client only
  • Fingerprint recognition access for authorized personnel
  • Managed by BMAC
  • Photographed, barcoded with RFID advanced inventory system to manage and inventoried all items by BMAC
  • Advanced booking is necessary for private viewing galleries


MANAGED STORAGE

Clients who do not need a private room select the Managed Storage, which is a safe, multi-client storage room that is only accessed by authorized BMAC staff, and never by clients.

  • Kept separate from other client’s property in a shared space
  • Accessible by the BMAC staff only
  • Managed by BMAC
  • Photographed, barcoded with RFID advanced inventory system to manage and inventoried all items by BMAC品

MANAGED UNITS

Managed units combine the privacy of an exclusive unit with the practicality of managed storage wherein BMAC will document and manage your items within your own private unit. In managed unit, each item is received, inspected, photographed, record with RFID technology, and secured into the managed warehouse by BMAC staff.

Complimentary services exclusively for BMAC clients include:

  • Property receipt and packing inspection
  • Preparation and release of property
